Section 55122(a) of title 46, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1)(C)— by striking 2015; and and inserting 2015; or ; by striking and inserting the following: was
(C)was ; and by adding at the end the following: had a letter of intent for purchase by such shipyard or affiliate signed prior to such date of enactment; and ; and in paragraph
(2)by inserting or, in the case of a dry dock described in paragraph (1)(C)(ii), occurs between Honolulu, Hawaii, and Pearl Harbor, Hawaii before the period at the end.
