Section 355(b) of title 28, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: After the Judicial Conference transmits the determination and the record of proceedings under paragraph
(1)or
(2)to the House of Representatives, the determination and record shall be immediately referred to the Committee on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives. Not later than 30 legislative days of continuous session in the House of Representatives after the Committee on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives receives the determination and the record of proceedings under subparagraph (A), the Committee on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives shall vote on whether to proceed with an investigation or an impeachment inquiry. .
