Sec. 11. Authorization of appropriations

There is hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2023 and each fiscal year thereafter the following amounts: to the Director— $19,505,000 to carry out section 3; $15,000,000 to carry out section 5; $5,000,000 to carry out section 6; and $10,000,000, to remain available until expended, to be deposited in the Federal Wildlife Disease Emergency Response Fund established under section 6(b); to the Director of the United States Geological Survey— $20,000,000 to be distributed to the Centers for the Study and Diagnostics of Wildlife Diseases established under section 7; and $10,000,000 million to carry out section 5; to the Secretary— $400,000 to carry out section 9; and $10,000,000 for the purposes of carrying out section 10.
There is hereby authorized to be appropriated to the Director $27,000,000 for fiscal years 2023 through 2025 to carry out section 4. There is authorized to be appropriated $1,000,000 to the Secretary for fiscal year 2023, to remain available until expended, to carry out section 5(b)(3).
