For each of fiscal years 2023 through 2027, there is authorized to be appropriated to develop and carry out the initiative, including to promulgate initial regulations under section 11, $10,000,000, to remain available until expended. In addition to amounts authorized to be appropriated under subsection (a), for each of fiscal years 2023 through 2032, there is authorized to be appropriated— $5,000,000 to carry out section 7(a), to remain available until expended; $50,000,000 to provide technical and financial assistance under section 7(b), to remain available until expended; and $5,000,000 to carry out section 8, to remain available until expended.
