The Administrator is authorized to enter into agreements with the Chief Executive Officer of the United States International Development Finance Corporation to carry out joint innovation projects, including through competitive grants, contracts, and prize awards, including Innovation Incentive Awards authorized under section 5(a), and private sector-led development, through the use of blended finance and other mechanisms, as authorized by law.
