Not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act and every two years thereafter through 2027, the Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate a report regarding the technologies and knowledge developed and demonstrated as a result of the program carried out under section 3 with a particular emphasis on whether such technologies were successfully adopted for commercial applications, and if so, whether the supply chains of such technologies are domestic.
Not later than two years after the date of the enactment of this Act and every two years thereafter through 2027, the Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate a report describing activities undertaken pursuant to this Act, including relating to the following: The status of public-private partnerships. Progress of such activities in meeting goals and timelines.
The status of demonstration projects.
