There are authorized to be appropriated to the Administration to carry out section 901— $20,000,000 for fiscal year 2023; $21,000,000 for fiscal year 2024; $22,050,000 for fiscal year 2025; $23,152,500 for fiscal year 2026; and $24,310,125 for fiscal year 2027. There are authorized to be appropriated to the Administration to carry out section 902— $100,000,000 for fiscal year 2023; $105,000,000 for fiscal year 2024; $110,250,000 for fiscal year 2025; $115,762,500 for fiscal year 2026; and $121,550,625 for fiscal year 2027.
