Section 110 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 ( 50 U.S.C. 1810 ) is amended by inserting after any person who committed such violation the following: , or who knowingly aided or abetted such violation, . Section 109 of such Act is amended by inserting (including through the use of false statements or false material declarations in an application under this Act) after color of law both places it appears.
