There are authorized to be appropriated— $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2028 to carry out sections 5, 6, 7, and 8; $15,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2028 to carry out section 9; and $150,000 for the period of fiscal years 2024 through 2028 to carry out section 10.
