It is the sense of Congress that— the United States and Taiwan share common development goals in a wide range of sectors, including public health, agriculture, food security, democracy and governance, and education; enhanced cooperation between the United States and Taiwan would better advance these goals; and the United States Agency for International Development should explore opportunities to partner with Taiwan on projects in developing countries related to inclusive economic growth, resilience, global health, education, infrastructure, humanitarian assistance, disaster relief, and other areas.
