The Secretary is authorized to sell goods and services and to use the proceeds of such sales for administration and related support of the reception areas of the Department consistent with section 41(a) of the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 ( 22 U.S.C. 2713(a) ). Amounts from the proceeds of any sales described in subsection (a)— may be deposited into an account in the Treasury; and are authorized to remain available until expended.
