Sec. 113. New corporations required to use health savings accounts

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a corporation incorporated after December 31, 2022, may not receive tax benefits for offering employees health insurance. The previous sentence shall not apply to health savings account contributions offered by such a corporation.
