The following Acts are amended by striking Committee on Education and the Workforce each place such term appears in heading and text and inserting Committee on Education and Labor : The Child Nutrition Act of 1966 ( 42 U.S.C. 1771 et seq. ). The Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1751 et seq. ). Russell National School Lunch Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1760(d)(3) ) is amended by striking in the and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting in section 7 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 ( 29 U.S.C. 705 ).
