Section 17(m) of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 ( 7 U.S.C. 1431 ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by inserting and community supported agriculture programs after roadside stands ; by striking paragraph
(3)and redesignating paragraphs

(3)through (9), respectively; in paragraph (3), as so redesignated, by striking paragraph

(E)to read as follows: The coupon redemption process under the program shall be designed to ensure that the coupons may be redeemed— either— by producers authorized by the State to participate in the program; or through a central point of sale at a farmers’ market authorized by the State to participate in the program; and only to purchase fresh nutritious unprepared food for human consumption. ; and in subparagraph (F)— in clause (i), by striking clauses
