The Federal Agency Data Mining Reporting Act of 2007 ( 42 U.S.C. 2000ee–3 ) is repealed. Section 1107A of the National Security Act of 1947 ( 50 U.S.C. 3237a ) is amended— by repealing such section; and by amending the table of sections in title IX by striking the item relating to section 1107A. Section 5709 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 ( 50 U.S.C. 3369a ) is amended— by striking subsection (d); and by redesignating subsection
(e)as subsection (d).
