Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency shall submit to the congressional intelligence committees and the congressional defense committees a report on ordnance of Russia and China, including the technical specificity required for the safe handling and disposal of such ordnance. The Director shall carry out subsection
(a)in coordination with the head of any element of the Defense Intelligence Enterprise that the Director determines appropriate. In this section: The term congressional defense committees has the meaning given that term in section 101(a) of title 10, United States Code. The term Defense Intelligence Enterprise has the meaning given that term in section 426(b) of title 10, United States Code.
