The Director of National Intelligence shall conduct an intelligence assessment of the counterintelligence risks of, and the exposure of intelligence community personnel to, tracking by foreign adversaries through advertisement technology data. Not later than 60 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director shall submit to the congressional intelligence committees a report on the intelligence assessment under subsection (a). In this section, the term advertisement technology data means commercially available data derived from advertisement technology that is used, or can be used, to geolocate individuals or gain other targeting information on individuals.
