Of the funds appropriated to the Department of Homeland Security, the following funds are hereby rescinded from the following accounts and programs in the specified amounts: Provided, That no amounts may be rescinded from amounts that were designated by the Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to a concurrent resolution on the budget or the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985: $30,000,000 from Public Law 117–103 under the heading U.S. Customs and Border Protection—Procurement, Construction, and Improvements . $100,097,000 from Public Law 117–103 under the heading Transportation Security Administration—Operations and Support . $87,619,000 from Public Law 117–103 under the heading U.S.
