Section 205 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5135 ) is amended— in subsection (d)— in paragraph (2)— by striking subparagraph (C); at the end of subparagraph (A), by adding and ; and at the end of subparagraph (B), by striking ; and and inserting a period; in paragraph (3)(D), by striking local governments, insular areas, and Indian tribal governments and inserting local governments and Tribal governments ; and by striking paragraph (4); and in subsection (m)— by striking paragraph
(3)and inserting the following: The term ‘eligible entity’ means a State or an Indian tribal government that has received a major disaster declaration pursuant to section 401. ; by striking paragraphs
