Notwithstanding clauses
(i)through
(v)of section 204(e)(1)(A) of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 ( 6 U.S.C. 605(e)(1)(A)(i) through (v)), for fiscal year 2023, the meaning of total funds appropriated for grants under this section and section 2003 shall not include any funds appropriated for the Nonprofit Security Grant Program under paragraph
