Beginning not later than 30 calendar days after the date of enactment of this Act and not later than the 21st day of each month thereafter, the Director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (or the Director’s designee) shall provide a briefing to the Committees on Appropriations of the Senate and the House of Representatives on obligations and on-board staffing levels at both the account and the program, project, and activity level for the prior two fiscal years and the current fiscal year, to-date, and projected obligations and staffing levels by month for the remainder of the current fiscal year.
