Section 3201 of the Crime Control Act of 1990 ( 28 U.S.C. 509 note), is amended— by striking or the Immigration and Naturalization Service and inserting the Federal Prison System, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, or the United States Marshals Service ; and by striking 25,000 and inserting 50,000 .
