In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the Judiciary $128,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2024, to be used for judicial security, cybersecurity, and information technology modernization infrastructure: Provided, That for the purposes provided herein, such funds may be transferred to the Salaries and Expenses , Court Security , and Defender Services appropriations under the Courts of Appeals, District Courts, and Other Judicial Services heading in this title: , That this transfer authority shall be in addition to any other transfer authority provided by law.
