The boundary of the Monument is modified to include the Federal land. The Map shall be on file and available for inspection in the appropriate offices of the National Park Service. Administrative jurisdiction over the Federal land is transferred from the Forest Service to the National Park Service. Subject to valid existing rights, the Secretary shall administer the Federal land added to the Monument under subsection (a)— as part of the Monument; and in accordance with applicable laws (including regulations).
