Sec. 1027. Deadline for 75 percent manning fill for ships undergoing nuclear refueling or defueling

By not later than December 31, 2023, the Secretary of the Navy shall ensure that the manning fill for each ship undergoing nuclear refueling or defueling, and any concurrent complex overhaul, is not less than— 75 percent overall; and 75 percent for enlisted grades E-6 and above.
