Paragraph
(11)of section 7(m) of the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 636(m)(11) ) is amended— in clause
(ii)of subparagraph (C), by striking rural and all that follows to the end of the clause and inserting rural; ; in subparagraph (D), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: the term State means each of the several States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands of the United States, Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa. .
