Not later than September 30, 2023, and on an annual basis thereafter, each Secretary of a military department shall— review any information relating to suicide prevention or behavioral health, including any contact information for related resources, that is published on an Internet website of the military department at the installation level; make updates to such information as may be necessary; and submit to the congressional defense committees a certification that such information is up-to-date.
