The Director of the Defense Health Agency shall conduct a health-related behaviors survey among the members of the Armed Forces. Not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of the Defense Health Agency shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the House of Representatives and the Senate a report containing the results of the survey under subsection (a).
