Section 116 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 ( 22 U.S.C. 2151n ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The report required by subsection
(d)shall include a section that provides a list of reports published during the prior year by United States government agencies on the status of internationally recognized human rights in the United States, including reports issued by the Department of Justice, the Department of Homeland Security and the United States Commission on Civil Rights. .
