Sec. 528. Retention and recruitment of members of the Army who specialize in air and missile defense systems

The Comptroller General of the United States shall study efforts to retain and recruit members with military occupational specialties regarding air and missile defense systems of the Army. Not later than six months after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and House of Representatives a report that identifies steps the Secretary of the Army may take to improve such retention and recruitment. Not later than September 30, 2023, the Secretary of the Army shall implement the steps identified in the report under subsection (b).
