Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 3101 for the National Nuclear Security Administration, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4701, for Stockpile Major Modernization, W80–4 Life Extension Program is hereby increased by $5,000,000. Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 3101 for the National Nuclear Security Administration, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4701, for Maintenance and Repair of Facilities, Deferred Maintenance is hereby reduced by $5,000,000.
