Section 2803 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 ( Public Law 114–92 ; 10 U.S.C. note prec. 4121) is amended— in subsection (e), by striking $150,000,000 and inserting $300,000,000 ; in subsection (f)(2), by striking $1,000,000 and inserting $4,000,000 ; and in subsection (g), by striking October 1, 2025 and inserting October 1, 2030 .
