Notwithstanding section 2002 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 (division B of Public Law 115–91 ; 131 Stat. 1817), the authorization set forth in the table in paragraph (2), as provided in section 2101(b) of that Act (131 Stat. 1819), shall remain in effect until October 1, 2023, or the date of the enactment of an Act authorizing funds for military construction for fiscal year 2024, whichever is later. The table referred to in paragraph
(1)is as follows: Army: Extension of 2018 Project Authorization Country Installation or Location Project Original Authorized Amount Korea Kunsan Air Base Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Hangar $53,000,000 Notwithstanding section 2002 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 (division B of Public Law 115–91 ; 131 Stat. 1817), the authorization set forth in the table in paragraph (2), as provided in section 2102 of that Act (131 Stat. 1820), shall remain in effect until October 1, 2023, or the date of the enactment of an Act authorizing funds for military construction for fiscal year 2024, whichever is later.
