Not later than 120 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense, acting through the Principal Cyber Advisor of the Department of Defense and the Principal Cyber Advisors of the military departments, shall review and update the memorandum of the Secretary of Defense dated December 12, 2019, concerning the definition of the term Department of Defense Cyberspace Operations Forces (DoD COF) . The review shall include— a comprehensive assessment of units and components of the Department of Defense conducting defensive cyberspace operations which are not currently included in such definition; and a revised definition for such term that includes such units and components within the Cyberspace Operations Forces.
