Not later than April 30, 2023, the Secretary of the Air Force shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and the House of Representatives a report on— the proposed plan of the Air Force for the movement and basing of 186 F–22 aircraft; and the establishment of a new F–22 formal training unit, including— the anticipated location of such unit; the anticipated schedule for the establishment of such unit; and the number of aircraft that are expected to be transferred to such unit.
