The Secretary of Defense shall carry out a study on the impact of military trauma and intimate partner violence on maternal health outcomes, with a focus on racial and ethnic backgrounds. The Secretary of Defense shall issue a report to the Congress containing all findings and determinations made in carrying out the study required under subsection (a).
