Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs shall provide a plan to the congressional defense committees for a pilot program to screen for obstructive sleep apnea among persons going through the officer accession program. This plan required under subsection
(a)shall include— how many individuals will be tested under the pilot program; and how much the pilot program would cost.
