In this subtitle: The term covered area means any area designated as wilderness by the amendments to section 2(a) of the Colorado Wilderness Act of 1993 ( 16 U.S.C. 1132 note; Public Law 103–77 ) made by section 7112(a). The term Historic Landscape means the Camp Hale National Historic Landscape designated by section 7118(a). The term Recreation Management Area means the Tenmile Recreation Management Area designated by section 7114(a). The term Secretary means the Secretary of Agriculture.
The term Wildlife Conservation Area means, as applicable— the Porcupine Gulch Wildlife Conservation Area designated by section 7115(a); the Williams Fork Mountains Wildlife Conservation Area designated by section 7116(a); and the Spraddle Creek Wildlife Conservation Area designated by section 7117(a).
