The Administrator may communicate with organizations representing a significant number of Federal Air Marshals, to the extent provided by law, to address concerns regarding Federal Air Marshals related to the following: Mental health. Suicide rates. Morale and recruitment. Equipment and training. Work schedules and shifts, including mandated periods of rest. Any other personnel issues the Administrator determines appropriate.
