Section 9414a(e)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in by striking The United and inserting Subject to paragraph (3), the United ; and by adding at the end the following: The Director and Chancellor of the United States Air Force Institute of Technology may waive tuition for a student, enrolled under this section, who attends a course for professional continuing education. .
