The Assistant Inspector General for Diversity and Inclusion of the Department of Defense shall conduct an investigation into discrimination faced by members of the Armed Forces, and civilian employees of the Department, who are of Middle Eastern or North African descent. Not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, Assistant Inspector General shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the House of Representatives and Senate a report containing the results of such investigation.
