Section 21F(g)(3)(A) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ( 15 U.S.C. 78u-6(g)(3)(A) ) is amended— in clause (i), by striking $300,000,000 and inserting $600,000,000 (as such amount is indexed for inflation every 5 years by the Commission to reflect the change in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics) ; and in clause (ii)— by striking $200,000,000 and inserting $600,000,000 (as such amount is indexed for inflation every 5 years by the Commission to reflect the change in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics) ; by striking “Fund” and inserting “fund”; and by striking balance of the disgorgement fund and inserting balance of the Fund .
