The Secretary of the Army may acquire real property and carry out the military construction projects for the installations inside the United States, and in the amounts, set forth in the following table: Army: Inside the United States Country Installation Amount Alabama Redstone Arsenal $50,000,000 Maryland Aberdeen $85,000,000 Mississippi Vicksburg $20,000,000 New Jersey Picatinny Arsenal $12,000,000
