Section 166a(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraphs: Climate resilience of military installations and essential civilian infrastructure. Military support to civilian and military authorities to combat illegal wildlife trafficking, illegal timber trafficking, and illegal, unreported, or unregulated fishing. .
