Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 201 for Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation, Air Force, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4201, for the Department of the Air Force Tech Architecture, Line 040, is hereby increased by $9,000,000, for Enterprise Digital Transformation with Commercial Physics Simulation. Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 201 for Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation, Air Force, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4201, for Stand-In Attack Weapon, Line 096, is hereby reduced by $9,000,000.
