Sec. 1238. Report on Department of Defense plan for responding to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine

Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, and every 6 months thereafter, the Secretary of Defense, in consultation with the heads of other relevant Federal agencies, shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report outlining in detail the Department of Defense plan for responding to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, initiated on February 24, 2022. The report required by subsection
(a)shall include— military assistance provided to Ukraine by the Department of Defense and the programs, operations, and contracts to be carried out under the plan described in subsection (a); and both the short-term (the next 6 months) and long-term (the next 12 months) strategic outlook or plan with respect to such programs, operations, and contracts.
