Section 334 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1999 (113 Stat. 306) is amended by adding at the end the following: Any acres acquired using Federal funds for purposes described in subsection
(a)shall be considered toward the total number of acres required under such subsection, regardless of the source of the Federal funds. .
