With respect to the project for navigation, Port Fourchon Belle Pass Channel, Louisiana, authorized by section 403(a)(4) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020 (134 Stat. 2743), the Secretary is authorized to— undertake a feasibility study to modify the project to include the dredged material disposal plan recommended in the document published by the Secretary in April 2020, titled Review Assessment of Port Fourchon Belle Pass Channel Deepening Project Section 203 Feasibility Study (January 2019, revised January 2020) ; or review under section 203 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 ( 33 U.S.C. 2231 ) any further feasibility study undertaken by the non-Federal interest to modify the project to include a dredged material disposal plan.
