The Secretary shall expedite completion of the following projects: Project for flood risk management, Cumberland, Maryland, restoration and rewatering of the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal, authorized by section 580 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1999 (113 Stat. 375). Project for flood risk management, Tulsa and West–Tulsa Levee System, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, authorized by section 401(2) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020 (134 Stat. 2735). Project for flood risk management, Little Colorado River at Winslow, Navajo County, Arizona, authorized by section 401(2) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020 (134 Stat. 2735).
Project for flood risk management, Rio De Flag, Flagstaff, Arizona, authorized by section 101(b)(3) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2000 (114 Stat. 2576).
