Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General of the United States shall conduct a review of the practices of the Corps of Engineers with respect to the determination of joint costs associated with operations and maintenance of reservoirs owned and operated by the Secretary. The Comptroller General of the United States shall submit to the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives a report on the findings of the review under subsection
(a)and any recommendations that result from the review.
